If you're not satisfied with your Therapy Blanket, please post your items back to us within 30 days

If more than 30 days have passed since your item was delivered, unfortunately we cannot issue a refund.

Please note that to be eligible for a full refund, the return item must be undamaged and in unused condition with all original insert cards included.  Items must be returned free from any human and animal hair, debris or soilage and in the original packaging. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your blanket. Any shipping costs will not be refunded.
